A YEAR after the internal armed conflicts that aroused in Marawi city, the locals remained displaced and dependent on humanitarian interventions such as the aid rendered by the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC).
Throughout 2018, ICRC acted to address urgent or specific needs of the people displaced, wounded, separated and detained due to the conflict.
