THE government on Wednesday lowered the third quarter of 2018 Gross Domestic Product (GDP) growth to 6 percent from 6.1 percent.

'This was due to the downward revisions in manufacturing; trade and repair of motor vehicles, motorcycles, personal and household goods; and financial intermediation,' the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) said in a statement.
