LISTED Manila Water Co., Inc. has signed a deal with the Pagsanjan Water District (Pagwad) in Pagsanjan town, Laguna province, to implement a water project there.

In a disclosure on Tuesday, the Ayala-led water concessionaire said that under the contractual joint venture agreement signed by its unit Laguna AAAWater Corp. (Laguna Water) and Pagwad, the former shall serve as the latter’s contractor or agent in developing and managing water-supply and sanitation services in the district’s service area.
