THE Senate justice committee will hold a hearing today, Tuesday, to discuss a bill on the minimum age of a child's criminal responsibility, a day after the House of Representatives passed its version that lowered it from 15 to 9 years old.
Senators on Monday expressed mixed reactions to the bill amending Republic Act 9344 or the Juvenile Justice and Welfare Act of 2006.
