BSP monitors Cebuana Lhuillier data breach, 900,000 clients affected

THE Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) has revealed that it was monitoring the reported data breach on pawnshop and remittance firm Cebuana Lhuillier (CL).

In a statement, the central bank said it was informed of the data breach, which affected personal information of about 900,000 clients of Cebuana.
