THE prosecution is asking the Sandigabayan's First Division to thumb down Janet Lim-Napoles' plea for the reversal her plunder conviction in connection with the Priority Development Assistance Fund (PDAF) or pork barrel scam.

In its 'Vigorous Opposition' to her plea, the prosecution argued, among others, that the totality of evidence was sufficient to establish her guilt beyond reasonable doubt.
