MAJORITY Leader Rolando Andaya of the House of Representatives on Monday asked the Supreme Court to order the Department of Budget and Management (DBM) to implement the fourth tranche of a salary increase for government workers under the Salary Standardization Law (SSL).

In a 27-page Petition for Mandamus before the high court, Andaya said the implementation on January 2019 was contained in Executive Order 201, which then president Benigno Aquino 3^rd issued.
