ASSOCIATE Justice Mario Victor Leonen, former government chief negotiator with the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF), will handle all petitions assailing the legality and constitutionality of the Bangsamoro Organic Law (BOL) expanding the autonomy of Muslim Mindanao.

The Supreme Court on Tuesday ordered the consolidation of two petitions of the Philippine Constitutional Association (Philconsa) and the first petition filed by the Province of Sulu, represented by its governor, Abdusakur Tan 2nd.
