Justice Tijam, author of quo warranto decision vs Sereno, retires

SUPREME Court Justice Noel Tijam, one of five appointees of President Rodrigo Duterte, retired on Friday.

Tijam was honored in formal ceremonies at the high tribunal en banc led by Chief Justice Lucas Bersamin.
