Court clears lawmaker of administrative raps

The Court of Appeals (CA) has absolved an opposition lawmaker over a questionable purchase of a government vehicle when he was still a local government official in 2003.

The CA resolution cleared Ifugao Rep. Teddy Baguilat Jr. of administrative charges after he was dismissed from the service by the Office of the Ombudsman.
