DIPOLOG CITY, ZAMBOANGA DEL NORTE: Murder and arson cases have been filed by the National Bureau of Investigation with the Department of Justice (DoJ) against Zamboanga del Norte’s Siayan town Mayor Flora Villarosa and her security aide Ernesto Lumocso, Barangay Poblacion Chairman Josecor Gepolongca and Roy Bolayong, an NBI report recently received at Camp Hamac here said.

The NBI reported that the four were accused of stabbing dead Restituto Sasuman, also of Siayan, with whom Villarosa had a pending land dispute.
