Lacson seeks dismissal of police ‘scumbags’ over indiscriminate firing during holidays

SEN. Panfilo Lacson sought the immediate dismissal from service of seven policemen who were caught firing their guns indiscriminately during the holidays.

The senator, who headed the Philippine National Police (PNP) from 1999 to 2001, said the concerned policemen were 'scumbags' who showed no regard for life.
