EXILED Communist Party of the Philippines (CPP) founder Jose Maria “Joma” Sison is a “senile old man” who is “clearly hallucinating” by thinking that some 8,000 former communist rebels who went back to society are “fake surrenderers.”
This was what Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) Public Affairs Chief Col. Noel Detoyato and Defense Secretary Delfin Lorenzana said after Sison claimed the military was organizing fake surrenders of fake New People’ Army (NPA) members just to earn money.
