LPA, cold front continue to bring rain to parts of PH--Pagasa

THE low pressure area (LPA) that was formerly tropical depression 'Usman', the tail-end of a cold front and the northeast monsoon continue to bring rain to parts of the country, the state-run weather bureau said on Sunday.
