LOGICALLY, I agree with the recent argument of government that if one walks like a duck, acts like a duck, quacks like a duck and has the mindset and inclination of a duck, what else could it be but a duck? That was the initial claim by Brig. Gen. Edgardo Arevalo, the Armed Forces of the Philippines spokesman. He backed the stand of AFP Chief Gen. Carlito Galvez Jr. that former Bayan Muna Rep. Satur Ocampo and ACT Teachers party-list Rep. France Castro were communist insurgents.
