PHILIPPINE Telegraph and Telephone (PT&T) is not keen on sharing its network with new major telecommunications player Mindanao Islamic Telephone Co., Inc. (Mislatel), as there are legal issues that need to be resolved.
Asked on Thursday if it was open to teaming up with Mislatel, despite the case it filed with the Supreme Court last month that questioned its disqualification from the government’s search for a third telco player and the validity of the latter’s congressional franchise, PT&T indicated that such a move was unlikely.
