Research institute calls for revival of Bataan nuke plant

The Philippine Nuclear Research Institute (PNRI) has urged President Rodrigo Duterte to revive the mothballed Bataan Nuclear Power Plant (BNPP), declaring it a safe and a good source of cheaper electricity.
