In partnership with Top Gem Incorporated, PCSO reopened its Small Town Lottery (STL) operations in the province of Cavite on November 30.
The official ribbon-cutting was led by Mayor Lani Mercado-Revilla of Bacoor, together with PCSO Cavite Branch manager Paloma Malinao, STL Cavite operations manager Roland Firmacion and Cavite Provincial Police director P/Sr. Supt. William Segun.
