DILG adjudges Muntinlupa a ‘safe city’

DEPARTMENT of Interior and Local Government (DILG)–Muntinlupa Director Bing Ferino conferred a Top Local Peace and Order Council Award to Muntinlupa Mayor Jaime Fresnedi during the city government’s flag raising ceremony on Dec. 10.
