The field office of the Department of Agriculture (DA) in Region 4B (Mimaropa) has developed sweet ice cream cones using flour from adlay, a versatile crop that is native to Southeast Asia.
Lorena Mendoza, the adlay focal person in DA-Region 4B, said they have been developing products from the crop with sweet ice cream cones being the latest.
