PHILHEALTH earned a net satisfaction ratings of over 92 percent from individual customers and business organizations as shown in the results of the 2018 Novo Trends report.
The respondents lauded the frontline services such as member enrollment and premium payment, among others, which gained an average of 94.1 percent pleasing mark in this regard.
