As the song goes, “It’s the most wonderful time of the year.” Christmas is definitely in the air, but definitely not in EDSA, where this season brings horrendous vehicular traffic. And with the heavy traffic comes vehicle exhaust fumes, which, as we know, pose a serious health and environmental risk.
