Duterte forms nat'l task force vs Reds

President Rodrigo Duterte has created a national task force that will end the armed conflict with communists.

Duterte signed on December 4 Executive Order (EO) 70, which institutionalizes 'the whole-of-nation approach in attaining inclusive and sustainable peace, creating a national task force to end local communist armed conflict and directing the adoption of a national peace framework.'
