Former special assistant to the President Christopher Lawrence “Bong” Go reiterated the need for a legislative review of the juvenile justice law.
In an interview with reporters after an event with village leaders in Batangas, Go, who is gunning for a Senate seat in 2019, said the Juvenile Justice Act has not been properly implemented because drug syndicates use minors as couriers.
