LTFRB head accused of fraud

AILEEN Lizada, board member of the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board, on Tuesday accused LTFRB Chairman Martin Degra of falsifying a circular that exempts 159 provincial buses from stopping at the Parañaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITX).
