CALAPAN City Mayor Arman Panaligan (left) and Jolliville Holdings Corp. Chair and Founder Jolly Ting (right) lead the ceremonial opening of the water valve to signify the formal operation of a 1,500-cubic meter water reservoir of Calapan Water, a subsidiary of Jolliville Holdings.
The water reservoir, located at Barangay Lumangbayan, Calapan City in Oriental Mindoro, is part of a P400-million water facility development.
