PRESIDENT Rodrigo Duterte on Wednesday threatened to 'wipe out' the family of slain Ozamiz Mayor Reynaldo Parojinog, who was linked to the illegal drug trade.

In the middle of his speech during the groundbreaking of the passenger terminal of the Ozamiz Airport, Duterte called Philippine National Police chief Oscar Albayalde to ask the return of Supt. Jovie Espenido to Ozamiz.
