The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) said that the small town lottery (STL) operations raked in P21.9 billion in gross sales from January to November 2018.
“We are very happy to announce that STL is really earning and it is one of the second highest-earning products of PCSO, next to Lotto,” PCSO General Manager Alexander Balutan said in a statement.
