Faeldon ‘not appointed’ as Corrections chief, claims lawyer on ‘no-show’

NEW Corrections Chief Nicanor Faeldon broke his silence on his alleged “no-show,” calling the negative comments “unfair and misguided” because he would be the “worst laughing stock public office-usurper” if he would assume a post he was “not appointed to.”

In a statement through his legal counsel Jose Diño Jr., Faeldon said he has “never been a no-show to any public office he has held.”
