THE Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) said it was ready to assist Filipinos in Saipan and other parts of the Northern Mariana Islands who were adversely affected by Typhoon Yutu (named “Rosita” in the Philippines) when it swept through the commonwealth of the United States early this week.
