MARISSA DEL MAR, former beauty queen and actress turned businesswoman, socio-civic leader and television host of Buhay OFW represented the Philippines as the country’s delegate in the 2nd Eurasian Woman’s Forum held at St. Petersburg in Russia from Sept. 19 to 21.
