DEVELOPMENT Bank of the Philippines (DBP), the state-owned commercial bank in the country, was recently conferred the Nation Builder Award for promoting the countryside development as presented by engineering firm Quantity Solutions Inc., and the American Chamber of Commerce during the awarding ceremony held at Okada Manila, in Parañaque City, on Sept. 20.
