Randy Petalcorin alleged that Felix Alvarado employed “dirty tactics” to beat him for the vacant International Boxing Federation (IBF) light flyweight title on Monday at the Midas Hotel in Pasay City.

The former World Boxing Association light flyweight champion from General Santos City said that referee Ernie Sharif did not see Alvarado’s low blows to his legs before the Nicaraguan won by technical knockout victory with 2:04 left in the bout.
