UDENNA CORP. is set to gain control of listed technology firm ISM Communications Corp. through a multibillion-peso share-swap agreement that would transform the latter into Davao-based businessman Dennis Uy’s new holding company.
In a disclosure on Thursday, ISM said its broad had agreed to increase the firm’s authorized capital stock from the current 2.8 billion common shares to 75 billion, each valued at P1.
