The Heritage Hotel Manila introduces the newest member of its growing family. Taking the challenge of being its new Food and Beverage Manager is Flory “Jojo” Malonzo.

As a seasoned Food and Beverage professional with over 20 years of local and international hotel industry experience, he will be responsible for the overall restaurant, banquet, and catering operations from planning and controlling of purchases to the management of the entire F&B team. He’s also expected to provide leadership and motivation skills to attain high customer satisfaction and departmental profitability.
