As a seasoned Food and Beverage professional with over 20 years of local and international hotel industry experience, he will be responsible for the overall restaurant, banquet, and catering operations from planning and controlling of purchases to the management of the entire F&B team. He’s also expected to provide leadership and motivation skills to attain high customer satisfaction and departmental profitability.
