THIS is in reply to certain unfounded, if not malicious, tirades made by Mr. Rigoberto Tiglao, in his column (“No court or CHR case filed re human rights violations vs Marcoses in PH”) against my humble person, in the October 1, 2018 issue of The Manila Times.

First of all, I am elated to see that Mr. Tiglao devoted seven paragraphs in his column in reply to my very short letter of September 27, 2018.
