A SMALL Town Lottery (STL) operator in partnership with the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) donated an ambulance worth P1.45 million to Compostela Valley (ComVal) province on Monday.
“We have seen that our STL helps local government units as part of their corporate social responsibility at no cost to the municipality, even to PCSO,” said PCSO General Manager Alexander Balutan, who graced the blessing and turnover of the ambulance to the province.
