Duterte reappoints Times chairman emeritus special envoy for intl PR

PRESIDENT Rodrigo Duterte has reappointed Dr. Dante Ang, chairman emeritus of The Manila Times, special envoy for international public relations.

Ang’s appointment paper was signed by Duterte on September 28 and released by Malacañang on Monday.
