Philippine Telegraph and Telephone Co. (PT&T) on Friday expressed support for a proposal urging the government to require prospective third telco bidders to submit their detailed rollout plans as part of the selection process.

NOW Corp. earlier said it would not be proper if the rollout plan were to be submitted only after a company is declared the third telco player.
