2nd Makati court defers issuance of arrest warrant for Trillanes

Another Makati court on Friday deferred the issuance of an arrest warrant for Sen. Antonio Trillanes 4th and instead gave state prosecutors and the senator more time to file pleadings and additional documentary evidence.

Judge Elmo Alameda of the Makati Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 150 ordered Department of Justice prosecutors to file within five days their reply to Trillanes’ opposition to their motion. Trillanes also has five days to file a rejoinder. NEIL JAYSON N. SERVALLOS
