COTABATO CITY: The Commission on Elections (Comelec) has conducted its three-day satellite voter registrations in the Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (ARMM) on September 11, 12 and 13 as part of its preparations for the plebiscite on the Bangsamoro Organic Law (BOL) on January 21, 2019.

Director James Jimenez, Comelec spokesman, said the special satellite registrations were held simultaneously in the provinces of Lanao del Sur, Maguindanao, Basilan, Sulu, Tawi-Tawi, Lanao del Norte and North Cotabato and in the cities of Cotabato and Isabela.
