Bureau of Corrections (BuCor) chief Ronald “Bato” de la Rosa on Wednesday officially took his oath as member of the Partido Demokratiko Pilipino-Lakas ng Bayan (PDP-Laban). He confirmed that he would be running for a Senate seat in 2019.
