P6.77-B Cal-Comp IPO approved by regulators

THE Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has given the green light for Cal-Comp Technology, Inc.’s P6.77-billion planned initial public offering (IPO).

SEC spokesperson Armando Pan said on Thursday that the plan was approved during an en banc session earlier in the day.
