THE Office of the Solicitor General (OSG) requested Sen. Antonio Trillanes 4th’s amnesty application from the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP), the Department of National Defense (DND) said on Wednesday.
Patrick Rubin, the DND chief for internal audit service, said the OSG contacted the AFP deputy chief of staff for personnel (J1), which keeps the records for all personnel and officers.
