Sister Fox to appeal deportation anew as Immigration affirms order

AUSTRALIAN nun Patricia Anne Fox on Thursday will appeal anew a deportation order against her by the Bureau of Immigration, a day after the Department of Justice (DOJ) confirmed that her motion for reconsideration was denied.

In a text message to The Manila Times, one of Fox's legal counsels, Maria Sol Taule, said, 'We will file an appeal before the Department of Justice next week'.
