THE Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) lifted the number coding scheme or the Unified Vehicular Volume Reduction Program (UVRP) in Metro Manila for this Monday, a holiday, as the country commemorates National Heroes’ Day, according to an advisory on Sunday.

Under the number coding traffic scheme, vehicles with plate numbers ending in 1 and 2 are not allowed on the road every Monday.
