POLICE on Friday morning seized firearms and explosives at the residence of the man who hit traffic enforcers during an altercation and which was captured on a video that went viral.

A shotgun and two grenades were found inside Arnold Padilla’s house in Barangay Magallanes in Makati City, according to National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) Chief Guillermo Eleazar.
