Marcos asks SC Justice to inhibit from poll case, says wife a Robredo supporter

FORMER Sen. Ferdinand 'Bongbong' Marcos on Monday filed a petition asking Supreme Court Associate Justice Alfredo Benjamin Caguioa to inhibit from participating in deliberations on the election protest he filed before the body, which also sits as the Presidential Electoral Tribunal (PET).

Marcos cites Caguioa's close ties with former president Benigno “Noynoy” Aquino 3rd and Vice President Maria Leonor 'Leni' Robredo.
