Southwest monsoon to bring rains in Metro Manila, most parts of PH—Pagasa

THE southwest monsoon or “habagat” will bring cloudy skies and rains over most parts of the country, including Metro Manila on Wednesday, the state-run weather bureau said.

According to the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa), partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rains will prevail over Metro Manila, Calabarzon, Bicol region, Mimaropa, and most parts of Visayas and of Mindanao.
